Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment is cash on delivery (COD) only, you pay when the courier delivers your order. Prices are shown in Albanian Lekë or Euro depending on your market selection at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver within Albania and Kosovo. Shipping fees and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Exchanges & returns
Size exchanges may be accepted within 24 hours of delivery for a fee, if the item is unworn with tags attached. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Full details are on the Delivery & Returns page.
Product information
We aim to display accurate colours and descriptions. Slight variations may occur due to screens or production batches. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about sizing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HERMOSA is not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
